The culture trend helps. 74% of families in El Paso speak Spanish at home, not English (even if English-fluent). The flood of illegal (and legal) Mexican immigrants the last 20 years has turned the tide.

I think he likes to go not just to learn but to feel the energy of the Republican election machine. There was a news article about a week ago that said he was going to the convention now taking place in St. Paul, Minnesota. Yet try as I might I could not find any news outlet that confirms that he went. The fact that he was on Newsworld yesterday may indicate that
