Toronto : In a disturbing trend, advertisements for ultrasound clinics that appear in ethnic Punjabi newspapers are promoting the abortion of female foetuses among the Indian Canadian community, the head of an immigrant society said.

Oregon School Decries 'Gang Sign' Eyebrow Grooming

Several students at Centennial High School have picked up on a trend to shave lines into their eyebrows, saying it's a fashion statement; school administrators contend it's a gang sign. If the innocent does not like being all grouped together maybe it is time to stand against the gangs instead of allowing the politicians to look the other way.
